Hotel Bedrooms

Hotel room rate will be 239.00 USD

Method of Reservations:

Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 17%) in effect at the time of check-out. Group room rate is available three (3) days pre and post event date (subject to hotel rate and space availability). This room rate will expire on Monday 14 March

Daily Self-Parking

The following are the Hotel’s current parking rates and are subject to change without prior notice:

Hour(s):  

  • Less than 1 Hour: $10.00  

  • 1-2 Hours:     $17.00 

  • 2-4 Hours:     $24.00 

  • 4 + Hours:     $30.00 

Any guests who choose to Self-Park must inform the front desk. 
The guest room key card will be enabled at Check-ln to access the garage.
Upon Check-out, guests should retain one guest room key to exit garage.  

Hotel Self-parking is located in the Avenida North Parking Garage with entrances on Rusk St. and on Capitol Street; Sky Bridge to the Hotel is located on the second floor of Avenida North Parking Garage. 

 

Overnight Self-Parking (Unlimited In & Out Privileges)

24 Hours:     $32.00 + Tax
